Pros

Great pay, all the overtime you could want, great benefits, and a great management team to work for. If you ever have a problem, they find a way to fix it, especially if it is a personal family situation.

Cons

Long hours, adverse weather conditions, heavy lifting.

Pros

Excellent upward mobility if that is what you would like to do. Management has a clear head on their shoulders and there is opportunity for educational upgrades.

Cons

There is mostly a need to travel outside of Canada to develop your career. The management here seem to hunker down in there position and never leave.
