      Pros

      I've enjoyed every day at NPI. Everyone from the top down has been very helpful and kind. It inspires me to see so many employees still here after 20 years! Innovation and ideas are encouraged Hard work is rewarded Competitive wages The owners really care about the employees Good benefits and laid-back environment

      Pros

      Nice Location, interesting work, free coffee.

      Cons

      Low pay, little to no training, favoritism, passive aggressive emails, musical chairs, pretty sure people smoked in the bathrooms, sweating at my desk job because the AC was broken for 4 months.

      Our management has made HUGE improvements over the last 2 years, and we appreciate your review. If someone is smoking in the restroom, you can rest assured that it will be taken care of immediately. We have never received a complaint or heard anything about this before now.

      Pros

      Some of the people that work here are great to work with.

      Cons

      Horrbile management favouring employees over others. Allowing people to be harrassed k the work place. Crappy pay with no advancement. Old broke down technology. If you need tools you have to borrown from another department. High school drama in the work place. No paid leave, vacation, or sick days. Still haven't heard anything about health insurance not sure if the company offers it. Dirty work environment.
