      Pros

      I've enjoyed every day at NPI. Everyone from the top down has been very helpful and kind. It inspires me to see so many employees still here after 20 years! Innovation and ideas are encouraged Hard work is rewarded Competitive wages The owners really care about the employees Good benefits and laid-back environment

      Pros

      Cool co-workers and overall a very solid place to work.

      Cons

      The company consists of an older crowd so the culture is not very much attractive to the younger generation. There is not much culture to the company, you work, eat lunch, go home.
