Hours. Pay days are weekly

Cons

Management are racist alcoholics and only care about themselves and their offspring. Nepotism is really bad. Bonuses for managers are all they care about. Laborers and operators are treated as expendable.

New equipment and tools for employees. Training was very good and often.

Cons

Management clueless of what goes on around them and fails to have any kind of backbone. Too many rules and regulations. NPL = No Personal Life.

There are signs of corruption within management and high positions in which they try to pay you for as little as possible, and make attempts to bully employees to their will in which they can run free, untouchable, while threatening an employee’s job knowing there’s no one for the employee to go to for help.
