My experience working through this payroll company has been extremely disappointing. While I was deployed at a client location, I faced repeated issues regarding payroll transparency, leave benefits, and policy clarification.
One of my biggest concerns has been salary deductions for public holidays, which were never clearly explained during the hiring process. Even after raising multiple queries, I struggled to get clear and consistent answers from the HR and Talent Acquisition teams. Different responses from different people created further confusion, making it difficult to understand the actual company policies.
Another concern was the urgency shown during the joining process. Candidates are often expected to join quickly, leaving limited time to thoroughly review and understand all employment terms and conditions. Certain payroll and leave-related aspects only became apparent after joining.
Communication and employee support have been below expectations. Queries related to payroll, leave benefits, and salary deductions frequently remained unresolved or lacked proper explanation.
Based on my personal experience, the company needs significant improvement in transparency, policy communication, payroll management, and employee support. I would advise prospective employees to carefully review all terms, leave policies, holiday policies, and payroll conditions before accepting an offer
