      Nepotism. Over worked, PTO denied, no on the job development for long term employment. Favoritism.

      - CEO Paul Rodriquez and his wife was involved and genuinely nice people. - Corporate worked together with the branches. - Consistent training was always available. - Advancement opportunities.

      Cons

      - Like all companies, there was always 1 bad person in the bunch that took his title for granted.
