Pros

The company has gone from 2 employees to 40 with the rapid growth that we've experienced in 2011 yet we're still small enough where we all have a voice. I moved here to VA for NSC after 14 years with my previous company to work with a company with greater opportunities and room for advancement. It was the best decision I've ever made and it just keeps getting better.

Cons

Because of our rapid growth, it was challenging internally to manage.
