Develop long-lasting relationships with good people.

Cons

Unequal pay amongst teams and below market value, SLT is aloof to what is actually happening day to day in their business units, there are no repercussions for those with poor performance (in fact, they get raises and/or promotions), they lie to customers in order to gain business and revenue, and increase profit tby not backfilling positions and working on a lean crew.

Remote work options, nice people who are trying to do their best with limited resources, established brand, global organization

Cons

Senior leadership changes course frequently, ignores measurable data from customers and employees, hires friends over talent. Focus on revenue while neglecting customer service and sacrificing product quality. I don't think the NSF mark means what it used to.

Love organic industry, coworkers are warm, earnest and hard workers. Compensation is good for industry.

Cons

Corporate culture - not customer focused. Workers are customer focused but don’t receive resources to be very effective. Worker burnout not addressed with viable solutions or a bit of joy. Corporate spends more time talking about mission than living it.
