Unequal pay amongst teams and below market value, SLT is aloof to what is actually happening day to day in their business units, there are no repercussions for those with poor performance (in fact, they get raises and/or promotions), they lie to customers in order to gain business and revenue, and increase profit tby not backfilling positions and working on a lean crew.
