Auditors and account managers are very professional people who care about the clients
Cons
Far too many to mention Top management are hopeless and treat the team as if they are something nasty on the sole of their shoe. The management have no integrity and will happily shift the blame to save their own skin There is also a bully culture aided by management Oh and did I mention the micromanagement….they don’t trust their team to get on and do the job. Real pity as the culture has cost them some great people
