Under paid and wrong title for position and working actually doing. Management will try to pile it on. I had a great supervisor and role until the transformation and then it all changed. Started to try to micro mange, pile on work that wasn't in my job description and when I tried to provide honest feedback I was penalized as 'not a team player'. So I didn't receive a raise when there is record inflation and told basically to suck it up and this is the job. The management tried to gaslight me on how certain things played out to justify denying me a raise.

Two major company-wide re-organizations in ten years - very little dialogue between upper management and VPs of individual certification groups. Salaries are low. Incentives do not come to fruition. Three years ago new "performance review process" was introduced but has yet to be completely in place. Positions are not back filled leaving groups constantly understaffed. Zero consideration/allowance given to employees now working from home (internet, supplies etc.)
