Pros

The work could potentially be interesting, if it were done correctly.

Cons

Too many to list. Highlights include low pay, passive aggressive managers who promote people based on favoritism. Safety is a joke. There was a fire and management has done everything they can to cover it up. Morale is garbage. Work performance is worse. Standards are a joke, management cares more about pushing work through than actual integrity. I can't emphasize this enough, the Micro Lab has had a greater than 50% turn over rate in 2 years!!

Pros

They do a good job at pretending to care about issues

Cons

The company is completely driven by the bottom line. You have to be bringing in revenue to be an asset. Meanwhile they make believe to the outside world that they are non profit or a not for profit company.

Pros

The people are great, diverse, and accepting.

Cons

No opportunities for job expansion, training, coaching, or advice to make employees better. Good managers are worn out, discouraged, and end up leaving. No assistance is or recognition is given for professional development.
