Decent food at good prices. Some amazing employees.

Cons

If you work in any of the lower echelon labs, you are disposable. Your health, including mental, is of no importance. Management will gladly show that by having group leads verbally assault you in front of coworkers during meetings, then refuse to do anything about it. Some of the new group leads have brought some hope back to the company.

Low pay, low moral, long hours. Unrewarding work. Testing side bends the rules often to get products through certification. Engineering will test till they get a pass rating just to get the product through the doors. Management reaps the rewards while hourly workers get nothing. Cash flow is king - don't ever say fail. say discrepancy in test procedure atmosphere.
