      Pros

      Really good work atmosphere, managers and coworkers were all friendly and really nice to work with.

      Cons

      Almost impossible to move up in the company, refuse to fix mistakes when it comes to pay, handled covid horribly. Seems to be a disconnect between upper level management and lab employees.

      Mission is not just words on a page but truly a part of everyday work. People are smart and caring. Transformative focus and updates to old systems and strategy.

      Cons

      Little promotion from within; majority of new employees coming from outside has created strong concern for mid to longer term tenured employees and question of employee loyalty and job security overtime.
