Not very transparent, senior management doesn’t seem to care employees. Certain people get special privileges. Hard to move up.

Overall NSF is a good company to work for.

Cons

Just make sure you hire in working for a program that does not do consulting. NSF is not built for the consulting business and does not know how to run it properly. Only consider NSF if you are going into the product certification side of the business.
