Pros

Great PTO, flex hours, great cafeteria, nice building, free soda/coffee/tea

Cons

Many comments on Glassdoor I found to be true. Poor Management - leaders have technical knowledge but poor management skills. Mgmt seems to be hands off- no support and dumps mgmt duties onto staff to handle. Unrealistic work demands on staff, unorganized, unstructured. Mgmt is either ignorant or non-caring when it comes to the amount of work staff are expected to perform. Non-existent training - watched a few videos from HR, was given 1 week watching someone than left on my own. Daily struggle with work because of lack of training. Huge disconnect between programs/departments - makes it hard for Company to work together when each dept/program does things their own way.

Pros

Clean facility, Great Location, Great Laboratory Facilities and Staff.

Cons

Not a good place to work if you are a woman or a person of color. If you decide to work for this company be sure to stay in the laboratory departments where a long term career is possible. Steer clear of all project management positions as they are not conducive to someone that has a family or a home life. Project managers are expected to be on call 24/7 without the matching pay or recognition.

Pros

Free coffee and soda machine

Cons

Zero training, poorly skilled middle management, antiquated and strewed together LIMS, zero communication between groups, innovation and free thinking is not encouraged, rampant nepotism, razor slim profit margins, tight deadlines, unattainable goals are the norm,, lots of lab equipment is either broken or insufficient to preform the tasks required, management belittling and bullying staff is commonplace, zero job security, company used scare tactics to promote services, misleading HR department., low pay, small cubicles, poor moral is commonplace, high worker turnover by either voluntary or involuntary means.
