Free drinks in the cafeteria and an on-site mini gym

Cons

Worked overtime and throughout almost every weekend without being compensated. High school clique mentality among managers. Was told I would only make it far in the company if people liked me. So disappointed in the overall unprofessionalism.

Good pay and benefits for those entering the job market after college. Good PTO for entry-level.

Cons

Little room for growth. Promotions/job openings seem corrupted, as individuals who are the most qualified are overlooked when their managers don't feel like training someone new to replace them. Little recognition for work.
