      Flexible (working at the office or remote), good work/life balance, understanding of personal/family needs, decent benefits, laid back environment

      Cons

      Communication from top-down isn’t always happening.... keeping direct reports in the loop of what’s going on/changes could be better. Seems like some things only happen/change if you’re the squeaky wheel and/or a part of senior staff
