Pros

Nice atmosphere, good benefits, great mission, HQ has beautiful building. Very willing to let you learn by taking on new challenges (in addition to your regular work, of course).

Cons

Senior leaders/management are often technical people without business degrees who really know nothing about how to run a business. Company stretched too thin; trying to grow too fast.

Watch out for micro-management

Pros

Great place to start a career. Had a Halloween party every year I worked there with full building participation.

Cons

Yearly performance review leads to smaller than expected pay increases. Some lab managers are hired from within in the lab they worked and have zero management skills or business acumen.

Steer clear!!!

Pros

Free soda, clean building, semi flexible hours

Cons

Management doesn't listen to the employees before making any decisions. The new lean principles are not making the process lean at all. Things are moving slower and they are cutting most peoples wages. They also promote the least qualified managers who run the programs into the ground and make people hate their lives.
