Pros

Laid back, but very productive. Great people. Benefits are awesome in relation to a smaller company. The HR department was amazing! They are ALWAYS there to help. Although I left I left on good terms and still stay in contact with many of my old co-workers there. It’s really a great place to work.

Cons

Salary was too low for my job skills. Job enhancement wasn’t offered until I already found a better position at another company. Which was understandable because they are a smaller contracting company. Smaller company so pay is not as much as larger companies.
