Huge CV upgrade NTG on your CV = instant credibility. Recruiters know NTG produces engineers that: Can work in teams Can understand systems Can handle pressure This is a serious advantage in your first job. 3. You learn responsibility You’re treated like an employee: Deadlines Reviews Real feedback Accountability This builds your professional mindset early. 4. Cons

Pros

In some projects you can take days from home

Cons

It was the worst workplace experience I’ve had in my entire career. Management is extremely disorganized, constantly making promises that are never fulfilled. Code quality is not valued at all — the only priority is delivering to the client, no matter the technical debt or long-term impact. Employees are placed under continuous pressure, expected to work day and night, including official holidays and after-hours, with absolutely no work-life balance. Micromanagement is pervasive, and some managers are among the most difficult people I’ve ever worked with, both professionally and personally. Policies are frequently manipulated to serve management interests, creating a toxic environment that I would not recommend to anyone.
