For me, there is none.

- 9 hours per day working. - very low salaries. - working on their main project is hell (rotten software). - toxic work environment. - don't care about using design patterns and coding best practice.

- they’r so gentle with me in any communication - they have a lot of opportunities and many clients to work with - if your good enough they will try to compensate you with whatever you ask for - keen to fix any problems you face

Cons

- Any paper process take long time - laptops sometimes doesn’t meet the work requirements - travel time to the company head quarter is awful
