non-equality on salary schema, they didn't trust you at all if work on customer site, the development manager didn't keep his words at all, slow learning curve, bad chairs and desks

I came to NTG on a junior position and they haven't used that against me on the contrary I was given quite a good salary for a junior position and me and my colleagues are so glad we are here, and after the probation we were even given a raise.

Cons

The biggest challenge I faced here is my lack of experience in the project I was going to but I was given sufficient time to study and prepare and the company and it's management have supported me on this.
