Relaxed work environment, flexible hours, work from home (in my department), company laptop and phone

Cons

Meetings at odd hours, little career progress, super slow HR processes, hyper conservative company values, no emphasis on good marketing strategies, constantly outsources branding design, no raise after 1 year
