The manager system is the worst. The hard-line manager system, in particular, completely isolates my actual work from the manager. As a result, it becomes impossible to receive proper feedback on performance, and natural promotions through work evaluations are practically unattainable. During bench periods (time without a project), you live in constant anxiety, never knowing when you might be laid off. In fact, I’ve seen colleagues who worked for five years get fired just three days after being placed on the bench. As mentioned earlier, the main issue lies with the HR system.

Recently we have taken over few NTT Data Projects and also did some rehire. I want to share the experience. 1. NTT Data people does not share information or knowledge. They think that is how they can survive. which does not work. 2. NTT Data people are rude and does not care of HR policies. they think their subordinates are servants or Slaves. 3. Unethical to the bottom. they do false billing to client every now and then. just join calls from offshore. does not deliver.
