Low salary for COL, Poorly established roles in organization

No raise. No advancement. Favor international employees over American employees. More peeks for them. Must complete training that has nothing at all to do with your position. Management turn over high. Severance package is 1 week for every year are employed but when will you get it? Still waiting after 3 weeks. Bonus/ Vacation policies are double standard and update / changes are not across the board. Policies is written where ONLY employees that start after the policy change ONLY get bonus. Everyone after 3 years you can get the vacation increase.
