      Friday afternoons and a Competitive Salary.

      Cons

      Senior management are truly terrible, No leaders only managers, Lack of training, Lack of team-building exercises and opportunities, Long working hours, General dissatisfaction from majority of other colleagues, Strong emphasis on sales - if you're not good at this then look for a job elsewhere

      Being Virtual. Nothing else.

      Cons

      They are a cheap company and if you're a dataskills consultant their is a slim chance you're ever get converted to a full timer status . The delivery teams speak broken english and have a arrogant tone that does not appeal to team building.

      Reasonable Salary. Has several clients.

      Cons

      Worst managers. Not so great benefits. Manager never kept their promise. They said they would file the Green card after 18 months. It has been 3 years till date and no mention of it till now. When I bring it up, they would skip the topic. I have seen several employees being promised filing for green card NTTData didn't keep the promise. The salary raises are not there. I got $1000 hike after 2.5 years of being with the company. The managers talk to employees as if they are doing a huge favor to employees.
