      Nothing good about this company!

      Wasn't getting paid due to onboarding issues and management didn't seem to be in too big a hurry to correct the problem. Was in constant contact with the corporate office and was told they sent it out the day before or I was promised it would be there by the end of the week but still nothing. Basically they lied to me and didn't care that I was unable to pay bills, by food etc. Took me almost 2 more months after quitting to finally get 2 of the 5 months of pay I was owed and still haven't received the rest of what I was owed. This place is a joke! Sadly my dream job turned into a never ending nightmare

      Pros

      There is an opportunity to improve the business model if you are in a role that can influence change. If you like your position and your manager, this can be a very rewarding career step. Make sure those two things are true before joining.

      Cons

      Plain and simple, it is not fun to work for a company that is struggling. Unless you are in a particular career path that has opportunities to advance, don't expect meaningful salary increases or a bonus. Hunker down and find a way to save the company money.

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Health insurance for a high deductible plan for families is $900 a month! Raises don’t even match the rate of inflation, even for those employees that ‘exceed expectations’ HR does not exist Management ignores issues with ‘problem’ employees’ because of personal preference.
