      Pros

      Great networking opportunities to meet with some of the engineers at the worksite.

      Cons

      Management, lack of coordination, lack of incentives, morale, "old school" style of boss vs employee conflicts. The current managers at this site of NTT Data have no intentions of improving the work procedures or the environment. They are constantly yelling at employees for their own shortcomings and show no signs of improvement, despite the horrible turnover rate they cannot get a clue on how to change and incorporate the ideas of the current technicians.

      Pros

      Excellent training and development programs, especially for people early in their careers.

      Cons

      Remarkable turnover of senior and middle management ranks over the past ten years, now capped off with the consolidation of Dimension Data, NTT Comms and NTT America. The result is a company that is driven by finance and legal with no real differentiation or strategy. It was sad to watch the company built by Jere Brown erode so dramatically.

      The teams within NTT (Formerly Solutionary) were wonderful.

      Cons

      Management began to care less about customers and employee input and began to only worry about putting out the lowest costing product they could to provided highest revenue.
