Leadership team is horrible. They say they are here to listen to your ideas and have an open door policy but its all a LIE! NTT has embraced an active bench policy which treats employees as disposable contractors. If the pipeline (fed by Sales Reps) has nothing to offer NTT will let you go and then scramble to hire when an SOW is signed . Business decisions are poorly made at the expense of the employees. Everything is outsourced including HR so you have no direct contact or have no US person to speak to. EVERYTHING sits in India where they are clueless of how America actually works. No collaboration - its every MAN/WOMAN for themselves in this company. Been in the Industry for over 25 years and NTT is the WORST company I have ever worked for.

NTT does not really seem interested in growing proven team members. The contract I was working under ended but the HR system does not seem to want to place people in other positions within the company. Even those who are proven hard workers.
