1. Ntt data has acquired many companies. Keane India is one of them. I worked with the team who were basically Keane employees. They are very bad managers.
2. Discrimination - Faced discrimination on many a times. Had proof also but dropped plan to file formal complaint.
3. Dictatorship of manager is very normal.
4. You will hardly know any one in the organization other than your team.
5. HR people are doing frauds in policies and also in immigration.
6. HR people or managers many refuse anything they committed to you any moment such as GC processing which my recruiting manager said will do after 8 months but managers and HR refused.
7. Threat of negative actions - my manager said he has link all over the management and knows who all are the decision makers and which office, which cabin and which desk. He can do anything to any resource any time. Infact he did that to my previous manager and kicked him out of the project. This is what they are.
8. Hatred colleagues- some of them openly hate people based on region, language and religion.
9. Politics- managers play bad politics and they push you to do same to your resources and if you refuse then you are enemy to them.
10. And many more so join before you are satisfied with everything.
