Bad. So bad that I quit! The whole team , around 10 employs had quit.

Pros

Job is secure.They don't easily lay off employs. Hundreds of projects exist as they acquired many small companies like Keane and Intelli.

Cons

Bad working in shifts system. No hike in salaries in 2 years Rude and unprofessional Mangers and HRs. Actually I've never seen anybody behaving professionally. Too much harassment.
