Pros

Previously teamed up with exceptional colleagues. The product and technology aspects were intriguing. Was once a great place to work

Cons

In my opinion, additions in tech leadership seem grossly out of their depth for their roles. It seems that there were bad decisions, communication, processes everywhere from this group. Over half of the engineering and data department has voluntarily left in the past four months which concides with when these individuals joined despite the employment market being difficult. Probably closer to 75%. I don't believe this is a coincidence. The high turnover has left a knowledge gap in understanding the system. This has upped the workload for the remaining staff. New management has not been able to come close to replacing the talent walking out. Leadership doesn't talk about it openly and continues to chase projects that don't make sense because they don't understand the technology and do not listen to or habitually talk over(!!!) those who are left that do. Burnout very common. Morale very low. Upper management has done nothing despite the parade of great talent walking out the door to other jobs in very hot areas of the field. Mandatory return to an undersized and loud office environment that's unsuitable for focused engineering work.Layoffs and compensation freeze with no end. The company's direction is unclear and changes too frequently but it feels clear that technology is not important there anymore. Things have gone downhill drastically over past few years in general.Leaving felt like escaping and was a huge relief
