No care for employees, they work you to the max and try to pay the least possible, no professionalism, it’s all about closing (cashing in) the deal and no care of the quality of the transaction, overcharge hidden fees that realtors do not even know how to explain to their clients, disorganized, rude employees mostly everyone has attitudes for no reason, spoil employee because of seniority. Post closing is a mess, other branches do not even finish the work after the file closes and it accumulates 5 months or more. It’s all an internal monopoly business. Go luck calling and getting through to the person you want on the first attempt! 1 line of the main branch transfers calls for about 5 offices because some other branches don’t want to take calls directly, no common sense overall....
