It's a great job to come in and work for your allotted hours and leave without taking the stress home with you. My manager has been really flexible when it comes to time off and my schedule.

Cons

Some people can have poor attitudes but that happens at any job.

Lots of latitude to do the work the way you want. Very innovative and fast moving. Exciting new projects and always invest in having the best highest standards when it comes products.

Cons

Culture is lacking a bit and is very traditional. Has improved in the past 4 years so they are now more open.
