Pros

People are helpful and knowledgeable. Projects span a wide range of disciplines and applications. Small-office feel in a big company (with a big budget). Benefits are pretty good. Upper management makes an effort to connect with all offices, and they have been very sympathetic/accommodating during Covid.

Cons

No 401k match, some groups/people are not eligible for bonuses, and PTO could be improved.
