      Pros

      Comes across as a large company that is managed effectively. Shareholder driven.

      Cons

      Very little leadership or strategic direction from headquarters group. Company consists of 30+ separate business P&L entities, all operating on their own. Acquisitions lack strategic value.

      Pros

      Work life balance is fair. Good amount of vacation. Most are paid hourly, so if you work over 40hrs/wk you are paid for it. Many of the company issues have simple solutions.

      Cons

      Got bought out by NV5 ~3 yrs ago. Very corporate feel. No 401K match. No bonus. Lot of lies and deception from corporate and management. Little innovation. High turnover rate. Bad culture.

      Good people (staff). Many offices to move to.

      Cons

      Horrific Sr Management (CEO/COO). Everything revolves around the stock price. There is no concern for employees' welfare or careers. It all about $$. Professionals are treated like servants and it is run like a 90s business. Alot of employees are looking to leave
