      Pros

      A large diverse company that offers a wide range of engineering projects in both the private and public sector to part of. If you are new to Civil Engineering and you are deciding on what types of Civil projects you want to work on, I recommend that you come to work for NV5. The support staff are great, They work hard at helping you to win work.

      Cons

      It's a large company with over 3,000 employees. That may be overwhelming for some.

      Pros

      NV5 is a company that values good work of it's employees. If you have good ideas and do good work for clients you can thrive here. They value work ethics and have been striving to distribute stock to employees at all levels of the company so everyone can benefit from the growth and strength.

      Cons

      A consulting and engineering firm is all about how you create value for the firm and NV5 is no different. Your time needs to be utilized on projects as much as possible if you are a technical engineer.
