      Pros

      Great company! Very professional yet not without personal touch. Lots of work with great people to do it with and great clients.

      Cons

      Though the office is very nice and well laid out, we're in Carmel Mountain Ranch, which is quite a way from the rest of the city of San Diego.

      The company is growing tremendously and opportunities abound. The team at NV5 is a solid group of individuals who look out for one another. There is very little office drama or politics.

      Large corporations always have to deal with their shareholders and investors.

      They are a great company to work for if you are complacent and have absolutely no ambition whatsoever. You can do no work at all and still get your 3% raise every year.

      Cons

      If you have any ambition at all, if you work hard, or if you care about your job do not expect to be compensated or recognized for your contributions.
