      Had interesting projects around the county. Could branch into other areas if interested

      Cons

      Raises are iffy. No bonuses, unless you want to count the restricted stock that you can’t cash out for 3 years. No 401k match. They gone to unlimited FTO but hound you if you dare use the time. Not as flexible about work from home as they once were.

      The company has little vision or direction. The only thing that matters is meeting numbers but no one knows how to make that happen. As a result, all decisions are very shortsighted. Teams do not collaborate well with one another and everyone works in a silo so work will often be duplicated or projects will become emergencies with little warning. There’s no company direction or focus. No planning. No visible HR. Pay is not competitive and you will be asked to do the work of multiple people with no adjustments in compensation.
