My old company pre-acquisition did interesting work and had a great people who I hope are successful.

Cons

Significant cuts to PTO, bonuses and 401k. Lean heavily into stock options w/ 3-year vesting as compensation putting all risk onto employees. You could have a great year but if the stock price drops - tough luck.

Great local office. Full service line within the company.

Cons

Stock bonus with 3 year vestment. 401k paid as stock with 3 year vestment. CEO makes more money a year than all the bonuses handed out combined. Poorly organized. Acquisitions happen and all offices mostly run the same. No NV5 culture.
