Pros
Good people to work with, including managers. Pay is average, nothing you wouldn't find with another company.
Cons
Benefits are getting progressively worse and worse. I believe no one understands how the 401k works, it's gone from matching up to 8% to nothing. Some years you get raises and some you don't, depending how upper management is feeling. It's a company that feels like you need to work more in less hours. They like to promise to help you advancing career, but it never leads to anything. In short words upper management is a complete joke.
