Great people, room for advancement. Depending on the office, there is a lot of flexibility to accommodate work/life balance.

Cons

Some offices are struggling to bring in work. Prior to acquisition, we had bonuses. The change to stock options with a 3 year vesting period is not a great alternative.

Good people in the trenches and decent pay although not very competitive.

Cons

The senior management has been reckless is making acquisitions with no real planning of how to integrate new people. Communication with staff is terrible and benefits went from not great to lousy.
