Work hours are flexible. Snacks are decent.
Cons
Puny PV and EVSE contracts with razor-thin margins, so there is no room for error that occurs as part of any project. Untenable expectations for utilization. Sr leadership never backs you up- they default to being on the client's side. Annual bonus is paid out in worthless stock.
