salary is ok, above average.. Gives RSUs & ESPP and gear store points to buy stuff.. Also has other perks & benefits.. Free breakfast, lunch, fruits, snacks & cab

Cons

Too much work load.. Work pressure is high through out the calender.. Need to login from home.. Most of the time Managers behave selfish..

Enthusiastic, meritocratic culture. Great ergonomics - employer really takes care of you during office hours. Free cafeteria, health insurance benefits, travel, internet reimbursements, work from home option. Good learning curve, we get a lot of opportunities to learn and contribute. Work is well appreciated

Cons

Difficult to take leave when we want. Expected to work on most weekends, 60-70 hours per week of work expected. Pay rise is very low. Understaffed teams, too aggressive deadlines. Same profile in US gets paid way more and they dont work on weekends - very unfair.

Pros

Relatively flat company hierarchy. No micro-management. Aggressive deadlines keep you on your toes. You are not a drop in the ocean, ability to make impact even as a fresh guy.

Cons

The same aggressive culture can lead to burn-out/over-burdening the employee. Lack of a managed, structured learning process can be daunting for many. Interaction with cross-continent teams would translate to working at nights.
