Pros

Great learning and growing opportunities. Amazing work culture, flexible timings, good pay, good management and HR teams, great infrastructure and nice recreation areas. A very fast-paced company, full of smart and innovative employees that get to work on challenging projects with latest technologies. Many initiatives to help the society take place round the year. Company provides transport facility for general shift and free meals. Things change too fast so it is necessary to cope up quickly and keep your thinking boots on all the time! Managers are supportive and encouraging.

Pros

Nvidia still keeps start-up spirit even they are founded more than 20 years ago. Nearly no bureaucracy. You immediately can contribute to the company, fast ramp-up.

Cons

This is one of the cons, very few explanation and guidance, you immediately start your job. This is great if you can handle it. If you require more guidance you might feel lost. Not so many policies or processes to follow. Everything is changing fast.

Pros

The work culture is very good. People are open to new ideas and suggestions. I have recently completed my masters program, and soon after that I joined this company. The environment still feels that I am in my college lab, with all the talented, and hardworking people around. We work together as a team. Everyday I learn something new. What else could I ask for.

Cons

I wish there were some outdoor sporting arenas. I can understand that the Pune campus, in which I am working can't accommodate such a thing, but I really miss the sporting facilities which were there in my previous college.
