- SW management at HDC is not good. Senior directors, directors do not come to office for 1/3rd of the time and do not have any passion for increasing the team growth. This impacts your career growth significantly. - Most of the decisions are from headquaters, do not have flexibility in India campus. - Growth in SW is very less, you can grow much better in other companies. - Experience is more valued than the amount and quality of work you do. - No value for individual opinions, you need to follow what managements says otherwise your career growth will be at stake. - No HR to address grievances. - One of disadvantage of nvidia culture is more powers are given to manager.
