      Full flexibility to choose work, field. No restriction on working hours etc. Given responsibility as asked for. will be allotted with interesting work and project most of the time. All employees are very helpful, nvidia having a great culture.

      Minimum HR interaction Sometime top management decision are unclear

      Pros

      Sheer flexibility, home-based or office-based, wherever you work best. Work with over 9,000 of the most intelligent people all over the world, and the most helpful. Loads of travel. Meet many different people from many different domains. Collaborate with everyone.

      Cons

      After 9 months I can't think of 1. Really. You need to be dedicated to the job or you won't keep up with the sheer pace of technology, especially AI, but if you enjoy tech this is where you need to be.

      Cons

      Not really a negative - the importance of schedule is paramount so sometimes opportunities are bypassed in favor of meeting schedule commitments.
