Pros

Open for ideas at lower level and you get opportunities to work on idea but make sure current work is not lagging Trying for new technologies though not able to overcome old process Free Lunch, Free Shuttle but timing not great with Bangalore Traffic, Good work environment and infrastructure (not excellent) Good work life balance Some team gets company sponsored mobile, a small discount on nvidia products and once in a year purchase of gears like tshirts bags for free WFH depends on managers CompOff depends on manager when working on weekends or extra hours

Cons

Switching jobs internally might be difficult. Some manager behave like a service company manager and depends on teams but not bad to be honest. Complex environment made complex by old and legacy processes and not able to adapt new processes without disrupting the old and hence not able to learn much. Training not great. No bonus and stocks are always fluctuating not great. No team outing and only 1 in a year party. Not much negative factors and all are bearable.
