      1. GPGPU is a promising area to work on and NVIDIA is second to none in this area. There are lots of exciting projects, both closed and open source. 2. very flexible work environment: people can choose freely working remotely, which is not common for companies in China. 3. As the stock prices goes like crazy, the pay is competitive.

      Cons

      not much to complain, one thing I can think of is that the office and canteen maybe need some improvement: unlike other tech giants, there is no gym inside the office.
