      Nvidia is a flexible employer and has lots of fun projects to work on. Very competitive benefits. Working on cutting-edge technology. Inspiring CEO.

      Cons

      The matrix organisation in Nvidia is somewhat unclear, there are some inefficiencies in the execution. The research centres are scattered around a lot of different locations.

      Pros

      Engineering is ok. However The firm is struggling to get a firm foothold in product that's not a "GPU". Top mgmt is stil good but definitely frustrated with repeated failures

      Cons

      If you want to make a career in HR or IT, stay away. Both the functions are missing leadership. They do not invest in a true CHRO or a CIO. HR reports into legal and IT apps into supply chain
